Arthur Becker: The Tech Mogul Shifts Attention to the Development Sector

Posted on by

Arthur Becker, a famous tech mogul who served NaviSite as the CEO has been behind the scenes in some of the biggest city developers. He has been involved with big names such as Kevin Maloney, Robert Gladstone, and Michael Stern. Lately, Arthur has decided to put his own name in condominium projects. This comes just a few years since he quit his major tech career position following the acquisition of NaviSite by Warner.

Arthur, who can be described as both an investor and a developer, is now planning a building at 465 Washington St. in Tribeca with an estimated sellout of 52.5 million dollars. Speaking in an interview with The Real Deal, Arthur Becker termed the 465 Washington as an “artisanal, boutique building.” The building is said to have Paris Forino handling the interior. The 465 Washington is going for seven simplex apartments as well as a penthouse duplex. Their sizes will range from 2000 square feet to 4000 square feet while prices will range from 2200 dollars per square foot to 3200 per square foot.

Becker had acquired the 465 Washington back in 2012 after his seven-year tenure at NaviSite ended. Lately, Arthur Becker seems to focus more on developing and joined Madison Partners NYC. However, this remarkable individual has been an active private investor in various tech ventures. Arthur is also known for his leadership role at Zinio. Here, he serves the digital magazine stand as the chief executive officer.

In other roles that he has played, Becker has been a financial backer at PMG as well as Madison Equities projects at 10 Sullivan Street. Due to his contribution to the condominium development, Arthur assumed the ownership of three adjacent apartments as compensation for his stake in the project. Becker is confident about the 465 Washington project despite the current slowdown in the luxury category.

Speaking in an interview with Pérez Hilton, Arthur says that strategies should reflect the business vertical. In simpler terms, talent is vital to the success of any business. All you need to do is identifying talented persons and persuade them to your vision, then get out of their way.

A User’s Testimonial after a one week use of WEN cleansing conditioner

Posted on by

WEN by Chaz Dean Products have been in the market for a long time. Most people must have come across YouTube advertisements for this hair care line. The adverts feature beautiful women shaking their gorgeous hair, claiming that the cleansing conditioner from WEN by Chaz Dean made their hair vibrant. Who wouldn’t like to have such awesome strands of hair on their head? A hair fanatic decided to try out the product and test if would turn her hair into luscious strands as the infomercials claim.

On the first day, she had greasy and unruly hair when she got into the shower. At first, she was shocked by the high amount the product recommended for use on different length of hair. She was worried that the amount would adversely affect her hair, so she used the normal amount of shampoo that she uses to clean her hair and scalp. The results were poor as her hair was standing on its roots.

She decided to use the recommend amount and massaged her scalp, pulling the strands across the ends. While massaging, her hair felt thicker and there was a negligible fall-out of hair in the shower. She let the product soak for some minutes before rinsing. She then blow-dried the hair, and the results were appealing.

The following morning, the roots were greasy, but she didn’t have time to wash it. In the evening, she washed her hair, and it was bouncy again. After a week, the lady learned that the product had to be used in the morning for one to have clean looking hair. Therefore, for those who want bouncy and shiny strands of hair, WEN is the product for you. However, you will have to wake up in early the morning and style up your hair.

WEN cleansing conditioner is a three-in-one conditioner, shampoo, and styling treatment. This product can work for all types of hair, depending on the formulation you buy. The lady who tried it out used the Fig Version since it leaves the hair moist, bouncy and shiny. So far so good for WEN by Chaz Dean as there have been no reports of negative side effects. She decided to use the hair product for a week, documenting the results for the test period.

The Expansion and Growth Of Fabletics

Posted on by

When it comes to starting a business, one of the things that a business owner has to figure out is how the business is going to expand. After all, if one is not prepared for that aspect of business, then he is going to be faced with issues when it comes time to make this decision. Fortunately, the developers of Fabletics has known that they have a hit with the company. Therefore, they have managed to expand smoothly into different territories over the few years it has been open. However, it wasn’t a hard sell. Fabletics is an online company. Therefore, it was relatively easy to expand it into other territories.

After Fabletics opened, it was only a matter of almost a year before it expanded to Europe. It has expanded into the United Kingdom to serve countries such as Germany, France and other European countries. Of course, the company turned out to be a hit. Therefore, this has helped to push forward the goals of TechStyle to be one of the influences on the fashion industry throughout the world. Therefore, they are going to be able to reach out to others in the globe and allow them to enjoy different fashions while they are saving money.

Kate Hudson and Fabletics are also hoping to bring a lot of luxuries to the poorer parts of the world. While people often have to limit themselves to the basics, Kate Hudson wants people to enjoy some of the more creative styles that are found in the fashion industry. Therefore, not only do they get to enjoy new clothes, but they also get to enjoy higher quality clothes. These clothes are made in the company. People who create Fabletics clothing and accessories do not have to worry about tough conditions. This is a lot more to say for the company than other companies provide styles for customers.

Fabletics has continued to expand to different territories which include Canada. Given that they have made all of these successful expansion efforts within a year of opening, they have shown themselves to be very impressive with their business sense. They have eventually experienced such a success that they have decided to get physical with their business and open up locations in different markets so that people who are traditional in their shopping can see what all of the hype is about. The good news is that the company did not disappoint physical shoppers.

How a Five Pack of EOS Lip Balm is all the Variety I Need

Posted on by

EOS is selling a five pack of flavors of lip balm which provide a compelling mix. All too often multi packs of flavors include varieties that don’t sell well and use multi-packs as a way of getting rid of excess inventory. The EOS variety pack was refreshing in this sense by having a great mix of flavors that are among the most popular blends offered by the brand. These five packs include sweet mint, summer fruit, passion fruit, strawberry sorbet, and honeysuckle honeydew.

EOS lip balm is a world leader in lip balm after emerging in the industry just a decade ago. EOS differentiated themselves from their competition by selling higher quality lip balms that contained all-natural oils like coconut and jojoba oil, or shea butter, all with interesting flavor combinations. EOS packaged their lip balm in these nifty orbs that stood out on shelves but also were sanitary and easy to carry.

Their summer fruit, strawberry sorbet, passion fruit, and honeysuckle honeydew flavors are all in the fruit category, but are mellow and not at all overpowering. These flavor, despite being all fruit related, are very different tasting and have a wide range of flavor notes. The passion fruit and strawberry sorbet flavors are reminiscent of summer with a strong delicious flavor. Summer fruit is more subdued but a great and mellow addition to a pack that has a complex underlying fruity flavor. Honeysuckle honeydew was ultimately my favorite of the pack and provided an sweet addition that felt like an everyday option for me.  Check details on ebay.com.

Mint flavors work so well with lip balms, but the majority of the brands out there have mint lip balm that tastes like medicine. Not EOS though, whose sweet mint flavor tastes fresh and natural and but has a powerful min flavor too it.

Variety packs should have a great mixture and variety of flavors that allow you to sample a range of flavors to find your favorite. This EOS lip balm variety pack was no exception. While I liked all of the flavor varieties, I found my everyday lip balm with honeysuckle honeydew.
