Most of us have seen the WEN by Chaz Dean infomercials by now. They are always full of women with long, bouncy hair who claim that the cleansing conditioner is the cause. I decided to try out the cleansing conditioner myself. I just had to confirm the rumors for myself. For those who are unaware WEN cleansing conditioner is a one-stop-shop for the hair. It is a shampoo, conditioner, and styling treatment in one. The product works for any hair type. Personally, I decided to try out the Fig Version.

Despite some of the negative stories, I have heard about the product; it appears to work greatly. As with any product, it does not work for all people. The business world often has an image. And it tends to be one filled with older men. But there’s exceptions to the rule, and one of the brightest stars of the business world is a woman by the name of Doe Deere. She’s not only a young woman, she’s one who’s filled with energy and enthusiasm for both her product and the business she’s built around it. She also finds herself somewhat amused by how the name has kept the brand identity on track. Doe Deere was born as Xenia Vorotova on June 15, 1981 in Izhevsk, Russia. She moved to the United States during her teen years to pursue a career in fashion. She long to express herself freely through unconventional fashion and makeup.

Deere influenced the beauty industry because she followed her dreams that is not considered practical in society. Before Deere founded her business, LimeCrime, she was in a music band in 2003 called Sky Salt. She met her husband, Mark, who was a guitarist, in the same band.
