The current chief executive of Telereal Trillium will take up a new position as the real estate company new chairman. Telereal is real estate and property firm with headquarters in London. The company also has an office in other areas such as Nottingham. Edwards has been the chief executive of the firm since its formation in the year 2001. He takes up the role as the executive chair of the company. Russell Gurnhill will succeed Graham as the chief executive. Gurnhill is a former joint company’s managing director. Mr. Adam Dakin, who is another joint MD becomes the managing director and will be responsible for company’s new business and services. The company retained Graeme Hunter as the group property director and will continue with the responsibility of dealing with property matters ascertaining to Telereal Trillium. Further, the property company kept Micheal Hackenbroch, who is the group finance director responsible for company’s financials.

Telereal Trillium is an investment and property firm. It has in the recent past partnered with companies including the DVLA, Royal Mail, Aviva, and BT. According to Edwards, the restructure was an execution of company’s plans. He hopes the changes will provide an appropriate response to evolving demands. Edwards added that the company has a competent team dedicated not only to create value for clients but also to deliver service and contribute to government land development strategic plans.

Before joining Telereal, Edwards worked at Talisman Global Asset Management as the chief investment officer. He had also worked at BT as head of finance as well as at Merrill Lynch Investment as a fund manager. As the CEO of Telereal, he closed a deal which saw the transfer of 6,700 properties to Telereal from BT in a deal worth over £2.4 billion in 2001. In the year 2009, Edwards led in negotiations in which Telereal acquired Trillium from the Land Securities Group. The deal enhanced the dominance of Telereal in the property market and investment. Graham Edwards has a degree in Economics from the Cambridge University. He is a member of chartered accountants in England. He is also a member of UK Society of Investment Professionals.
